Important information for your next trip to an Orlando Magic game at Kia Center. Updated August 19, 2022

Leave Your Bags at Home

Bags are prohibited for Orlando Magic events at Kia Center.

  • Medical and parent bags are exceptions, but will be subject to X-ray at designated locations for entry to the Kia Center.
  • Small clutches no larger than 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches x 1.5 inches are also allowed.

Kia Center is 100% Cashless

All concession and merchandise sales are now cashless.

  • Pay with debit or credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay or the Orlando Magic App presented by Total by Verizon.
  • Avoid lines at concessions, and place your food order through the Orlando Magic App.

  • Seating is at full capacity for the Kia Center, so if you are feeling sick, we ask that you consider others and please stay home.

Assumption of Risk

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

Any interaction in any public place poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. By entering the Kia Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
